Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for online orders only. Unfortunately, if 7 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Please note:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for returns.
  • Returns are only accepted for damaged or missing items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items showing obvious signs of use
  • Products not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Return Shipping
